Body Fat Analizer

Hi Just ordered A Body fat analizer . Hoping its a great tool to help me get my body fat down .So how do theses things work ? Do you just have to touch them ? And it knows ? Sorry I 'm not really up on these ,have only used a scale ...And well I feel like it lies alot. LOL... Oh Thanks Wendy.... Your post gave me the idea to get one LOL . Do any of you ladies have one ? And if you do Is it worth it ? Thanks for any info or feed back .

Mary, What kind did you order? A caliper? The Omeron hand held? There are several out there. Let us know, better yet...post a picture or the site and we can better answer your question.

If it's one you "touch", it atually measures the speed that water travels through your body through an electrical current (safe and you cannot feel it at all). Water moves through muscle mass faster than fat mass. The faster the current, the lower the body fat.

You will need to program a few things into the device...age, weight, gender...to name a few.
