If you already have the Body Blast series, then my opinion is that don't need Timesaver. You can create your own "timesaver" type workouts from all the fabulous premixes of Body Blast. If you did purchase Timesaver, I think you might use it for a little while, but once CTX arrived, Timesaver could very well end up at the back of the shelf. (I have Timesaver and never ever use it).
Also, if you have Pure Strength, it's easy to creat your own CTX/Timesaver workouts. Just pick a half hour of cardio from a premix from another series and add a PS body part to it.
Lots of people love Timesaver, so I expect you'll also get the exact opposite opinion from mine.
