Body Blast Step Blast & Step, Jump& Pump

I am considering buying this DVD. How would you guys rate it? I am asking because I don't see much talk about it in the forum.
 
This workout is one of my faves hands down! Step Blast is a great challenge...especially the Blasts at the end. You go through all the step sequences 3 times with an interval blast in between. This part gets me every time:) Also, even though SJP isnt as challenging a circuit as like Circuit Max or something like that...it is VERY fun. I really like the step combos and the Hi/Lo portion is real fun...to good music. The 4th Hi/Lo section always makes me laugh bc it is almost like you do a tribal dance hopping around in circles on one foot...
Overall they are fun workouts and they present a good challenge. I would go for it!

Step Blast is one of my favorite Cathe workouts! The music is great, and it's def. high energy:) SJP, however, I've just never been that nuts about. I much prefer Cardio and Weights-- better music!

Step Blast is my all time favorite step workout. I've only done portions of Step Jump and Pump so can't comment on how it stands alone as a workout. Even if you're not crazy about SJP I'd still tell anyone to get the DVD just for SB. You are going to LOVE it!
 
Step Blast is currently my favourite Cathe step workout, with IMAX-2 coming second. I don't always have the energy for the whole of Step Blast, but sometimes do a couple of the combos, or 1 combo and the blast at the end. I also like the step portion of SJP for a quick cardio session. Not so keen on the rest of SJP as I'm not a fan of hi/lo, and the weights segments are very high rep.
 
It is my favorite DVD, even after Hardcore was released. I know these workouts on this DVD by heart and just LOVE it. Music is great, the step patterns are fun and SJ&P is really fun because of the mix of step, hi/lo and weights. You can't go wrong with this DVD.

Of course we say go for it, right? haha Seriously, Step Blast is a fav of almost everyone. And I personally, LOVE SJP. There are great premixes on it and you can get quite a cardio workout if you choose all cardio. And it's fun. The step sequence is not that hard, but it is a great workout combined with all 4 Hi/Low sequences. It's a lot of fun. I definitely think it's worth it. Have a great 4th of July!!!!:)
