Step Blast is currently my favourite Cathe step workout, with IMAX-2 coming second. I don't always have the energy for the whole of Step Blast, but sometimes do a couple of the combos, or 1 combo and the blast at the end. I also like the step portion of SJP for a quick cardio session. Not so keen on the rest of SJP as I'm not a fan of hi/lo, and the weights segments are very high rep.
