body bar weight ?

I ordered the Power Hour+ MIS and Body Max DVD this weekend, doesn't Power Hour have body bar in it for some of the leg exercises, and if so how many lbs is the body bar ? ......... thanks so much Rhonda :7

Power Hour doesn't use a BodyBar. You are thinking of PS Strong Legs & Abs. Cathe uses in that video a 15 lbs bar for floorwork.

I believe that's the only one with a BodyBar - but you don't need one. Ankle weights work just as good.
