Bob Harper, who thought 15 minutes would be such a long time???

I did the first WOD from BH's Skinny Rules Strength dvd. I was sweating and panting and it was only a 15 minute workout! I love these short workouts. I had gotten into doing BH and Zuzka's workouts and was seeing excellent arm definition and fat loss, but then got a head cold, went on vacation etc. Just now getting back into things. These are great workouts in and of themselves but really great when I dont feel like working out b/c I convince myself that "hey, it's only 15 minutes, how hard can it be?" and before you know it I'm a sweaty mess! I highly recommend these!
