BM2 UB & Core- Showing my love for this older workout!

This workout used to be my favorite strength DVD and one of my favorite step routines a few years back. I have not done anything with this DVD since late 2009 and dug it back out last night. I did the UB Strength and Core and instantly remembered why I loved it so much! It moves quickly and gets a lot done in minimal time. The core is trained from every angle and stretch feels amazing on throbbing muscles.

I just wanted to give a shout-out to an older workout that IMO, doesn't get enough credit for it's weight work. I woke up this morning with a wonderful DOMS sensation from the waist up. I would love, LOVE to see another UB workout like BM2 to come out sometime in the future. Until then, I'll just have to make do with another amazing workout, Trisets!

It's only been 2 weeks since I've been back to lifting with Cathe, lifting in general, and I've alrady got the horse shoe of the tricep popping.

Like milk, Cathe does a body good!
