I'll second this! I really enjoyed this pre-mix alot. I didn't burn as many calories vs. a workout like drill max (550 vs. 650 for DM), but I really liked the changes - step,lower body, upper body, abs...it went by really fast, and I enjoy getting my HR down in a reasonable zone while doing weights before it gets jacked up again in the next cardio segment.
I have to admit,though, I thought I was all done in that last circuit and then she threw in the last cardio - I was toast after that!
I really enjoyed this premix - will probably do vs. scrambled eggs in the future.
