BM2 Bootcamp pre-mix

Just did BM2 - Bootcamp pre-mix - Loved it! It was fun and challenging! Not as difficult as Bootcamp from the intensity series. I still felt like I got a great workout. Really enjoyed it! The 78 min. went by fast!

I'll second this! I really enjoyed this pre-mix alot. I didn't burn as many calories vs. a workout like drill max (550 vs. 650 for DM), but I really liked the changes - step,lower body, upper body, abs...it went by really fast, and I enjoy getting my HR down in a reasonable zone while doing weights before it gets jacked up again in the next cardio segment.

I have to admit,though, I thought I was all done in that last circuit and then she threw in the last cardio - I was toast after that!

I really enjoyed this premix - will probably do vs. scrambled eggs in the future.

Hello. Just a question...How do you know how many calories you are burning during one of Cathe's videos. Are you wearing a HR monitor that tells you how many calories you expend? How expensive is it??

I just know my body so well that I know how many calories I burned,lol....no really, in all seriousness, yes, I wear a HR moniter which is so nice.

I have the Polar f4 -cost was around $80-90, if I remember correctly. It's very nice because you put all your stats in (age,sex, weight,height) and it figures out your target range,flashes (+/-beeps) when you are above or below your target (which incidentally is when I'm OVER as I usually am with Cathe workouts :))

They are so nice to have -won't workout without one. It's also nice if you are tracking calories eaten/used or are following weight watchers.
