<---managed a hard run, 10 min rowing, cable weight train upper body, abs
<---doesn't do as much leg work & tries to stay freestylish b/c legs are very muscular and bulk easily
<---did a great squat exercise where throw med ball in air and squat down w/ it repeatedly --- good cardio too
<---feels pleasantly warm and fuzzy
<---needs to still scout out some christmas presents
<---enjoys strolling the mall after done w/o
<---hope everyone is enjoying their day :)
