Blueberry Scones...So Easy! So Good!

The posting about the scones (that sound soooo good) made me think of this old Weight Watchers recipe I had! They really are good!

Blueberry Scones servings | 4
Estimated POINTS per serving | 2

2/3 cup uncooked oatmeal
1/3 cup Bisquik reduced-fat baking mix
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup fat-free (skim) milk
1/2 cup blueberries

Combine first 5 ingredients. Fold in berries. Form into 4 mounds and
bake on PAM - sprayed baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees
 
Thanks for posting Chris! Those other scones that were posted look so good, but I am just getting myself back on track now and am planning to make them in a month or so. This recipe looks yummy and not too bad for you either. I'll have to give this a try!!
