Blonde Highlights - Favorite Shampoo and Conditioner

Cathlete
hi!

I currently use Pureology, but looking for suggestions for other shampoos and conditioners to use on highlighted hair. I tried the John Frieda ones and did not like those (had build up with them). Any suggestions for other types?

TIA!
Jane

I used to use Pureology and LOVE it. I now have my hair cut and colored at an Aveda concept salon so use their Color Conserve shampoo. I love the Aveda color (plant-based, non-drying) and the shampoo.

Hi!

I have highlighted hair and use Redken products. Their Blonde Glam line of shampoo and conditioner is really nice although it is not for everyday use. I use that twice a week to keep my highlights fresher looking. The rest of the time I use Redken's Color Extend shampoo and conditioner.

RE: Blonde Highlights - Favorite Shampoo and Conditione...

For Salon products you can't go wrong with any bumble & bumble products especially the seaweed line (doesn't leave a build up and is safe for color treated hair) but they are pretty expensive. I also love Logics new color shampoo and condtioner. For drug store brands I love the color and hightlight shamp & cond by Loreal. Hope this helps. Sometimes it's just trial and error before you find the best one.
