I read it a few minutes ago. I'm really glad Cathe put in the bonus footage to make the Step portion longer if we want. The balancing squats sound interesting to me.

LIC looks like it's going to be great! That's the one I'm most interested in right now due to some nasty plantar fasciitis. No impact for me for awhile. Is the blog fun, or what?

I know what you mean. I hope my office isn't checking internet usage these days, 'cause they'll see about a million hits a day to Cathe's blog!

I'm kind of the opposite - I've been looking forward to the others much more, and infact almost did not order this one. But after reading it, I'm really glad I did. I simply MUST remember that with Cathe, low impact does not mean EASY!!!

I'm starting to think there is no such workout!

As for the LIC breakdown, I love the sound of the premix with the extra footage. Sounds like Cathe made good use of her injury recovery time, and really thought these out well.
