I pre-ordered and I too am looking forward to the heavy bag routine. iI also like the fact that there will be some 20 minute high intensity workouts. STS Cardio sounds like a great series.

I preordered the minute I saw it. I didn't even finish reading it. This is the first time I preordered right away. I didn't preorder STS until August.

Wasn't really in the budget, esp. since I also want teh power tower when it comes out - may need to reconsider that one - but i just could not help myself! Soooo excited for this series!!
