Hi! I have a problem and am hoping someone can give me a little insight. For a very long time I have had 2 large thick calluses on the side of my big toe and right on the ball. This is on my right foot only. My left foot is always fine. I buy very good shoes and I really don't think that is the problem. I have a lot of friction when I do longer Step tapes, like, RS or SB. Recently, I have been putting band-aids and those moleskin pads over my calluses and I also bought inserts for the ball of my foot to prevent friction. So far this has worked pretty well and my calluses are slowy shrinking. I guess my question is, is there something I may be missing? Or a cheaper and less time consuming method than what I am doing? No matter what type of crosstrainers I get, this still occurs. Thanks for any input!
