Can’t wait to get into that blender with these…gonna blend me a Functional Bootcamp, using some of
the low impact bonus chapters with lower, upper body & core from various others.
Isn't the pilates workout bootcamp-ish? Or is it the barre? Blended with that little cardio bonus might be fun. Someone on VF gave the cardio bonus workout a positive little review.
