Blast Workout/Hi & Lo

If you could do an extensive Blast workout, one minute high impact, heart rate up there and then one minute low-impact, heart rate up there oh yeah with about a minute in between each cardio routine. Not five minutes in between the routines but just one minute to recover. For those days when you just want to really get in there and hit it but maybe you don't want it to be all high impact. That would be great!!!
