billy blanks

I am a Billy fan! I love the Ultimates and love his Get Ripped Advanced workouts. They are a nice change when I want something different! :) :7

I like Billy Blanks. I had sold all of my tapes and recently purchased the dvd's Ultimate abs & buns and the Taebo get ripped advanced. I really like these a lot. They are a good add on to Cathe workouts.

I'll second the Get Ripped advanced...I really like it. Billy cracks me up when he talks to you....:)...Carole

I've had a few Taebo's in the past, but this past summer I got a steal on most of the vhs's (figure since I have both dvd and vhs might as well go for it!) and ordered them. Had a blast with him. To me, music means alot, and I love alot of the music he has in his live series. I also got the Get Ripped series, but for some reason didn't get into it as much (probably because of the music) but should give it another shot. I ordered (dvd....brand new) the Ultimate Abs and Buns, but have never done it yet. Billy is not bad to look at either. He's what? 50 something?!?! Look at him!! Very good on the eyes! I love those arms!

I love billy blanks. I love the advanced get ripped. I just ordered the dvd of the get ripped because I love the workouts so much. I have a few of his live advanced and they are great too. I also got his cardio circuit 2 and I love it. I think I will get the taebo extreme but will get a few more reviews first. I also love the legs and glutes.:) :) I don't have his upper body maybe I will look in to that.

Have a great Sunday everyone:)

I love Tae Bo, especially the older, more advanced workouts. I'd love to hear from those who have the new Tae Bo Extreme and the new Tae Bo abs what you think. My only problem with Tae Bo is the unevenness in Billy's counting! My abs always seem to be at there best when I have Tae Bo in my rotation.

I was about to say "HE CAN'T COUNT!!!" But WRITER said it for me. This irritates me to death, but he's still a lot of fun and yes good music. On a scale of 1 to 10 I'd give him a 8 on the left and a 9 on the right.}( }( }(

What do you guys think is his best DVD cardio workout? Just curious.

Briee

I don't have the Extreme or Abs yet; but I have to say the Get Ripped Advanced. I really like the new Circuits and he counts pretty even on these, but I think I like GR better. I did not like Cardio or Flex.

Jo

Yes, I agree the counting is off. Even on the dvd's there was one place where I was expecting to do the same thing on the other side and was kind of standing there going, what? I still think he has very good and effective workouts. They really can bring out ab definition and definition in the glute area.

I did TaoBo for years before discovering Cathe. I think I got burned out on his workouts because there were only two that I owned that had an intensity level I liked(Original TaoBo Advanced and the TaeBo Get Ripped Advanced). I haven't done any of his workouts since I started Cathe, but let me tell you, his DVD's certainly prepared me for Cathe's kickboxing workouts.

And I absolutely HAVE to agree with the not being able to count thing. I HATED that. I used to start each workout every other day on the opposite side as I did the day before just to keep myself somewhat even.

8 on the left and 9 on the right, I got a laugh out of that!

Oh that's a hoot! I got a big laugh out of that too!
