Billy Banks bootcamp workout

Thanks! I just ordered Get Ripped Advanced Series too. My daugher loves kickbox and doesn't like step so this will be great.

I've never done any of Billy's workouts, so Bootcamp seemed OK-fun to me, but I didn't have Ripped to compare with. One thing fun is learning how to use those bands. I think you can use them in some of Cathe's kickbox too, now that I see how it is done. Just watch the video preview on Collage and then use your own exercise tubes in a Cathe or Ripped workout and skip buying Billy's Bootcamp! They are all really the same and I think I would get tired of them pretty fast.
