Bikini in a week- Ahhh!

I just found out I'm going to the shore in a week. I haven't been very diligent with my eating and exercising since I don't gain weight that easily. However, I do have a layer of flab everywhere. Is there any hope to at least look a little better in a week? I'm not expecting miracles. My main concern is the cellulite I've 'acquired' on my butt/thighs.
 
Allow me to make my usual disclaimer--I am not formerly educated in exercise or fitness and I am not at all good at dieting myself. This is just my opinion from reading magazines.

DIET & CREAMS & TANNING (& EXERCISE):

I think you can make the most effort in losing water weight in one week. Cut out all salt and processed foods. Reduce carbs as much as possible.

I have heard that those cellulite creams really do improve appearances.

I think many people look a little nicer--and thinner--with a tan. (preferrably from a bottle).

And of course continue to exercise. It will make you feel better about yourself even if it doesn't produce visible results in one week.

Finally, forget about the fat and enjoy your vacation. I am sure you look better than you think! Jeanne
