Hello Ladies;

Looked on the forum for the checkin...didn't see one so I guess I'm 1st today.

Just finished Cardio Kicks along with KPC abs.

The kids are back at school today. So hopefully I can get my routine down again plus I have some major spring cleaning to do this week also.

Hope everyone is well and having a good workout and great day. Will try to peek in tonight and see how everyone is doing today. :)
 
Good morning everyone! I just want to say again it has been SOOO helpful to check-in, plus having a set rotation has really helped with the consistancy.

Still doing the M&F hers 8 week rotation, but I'm skipping the circuit week this week and going straight to the heavy week. This week will be PUB, PLB, CTX upper body split, LL, and 5 cardios (at least 3 of them HIIT), probably like this:

Mon. PUB and HIIT
Tues. PLB and HITT on treadmill, plus walking with my neighbor
Wed. Cardio
Thurs. CTX UB and HITT on treadmill
Fri. LL plus cardio
Sat. Cardio

That's alot...not going to get overwhelmed...Whew...okay, I can do it.

Hey, everyone,

I can't decide how I feel today. I did not get a good night's sleep--not sure why--but sometimes I feel okay, and sometimes I feel lousy. It was pretty much like that all weekend, well, more on Saturday, although I didn't feel great yesterday morning. I think it's allergies. I'm going to have to go to the store and see what I can get that won't knock me out.

Yesterday, I did Janis Saffell's Brand New Butt and More, and then tried to do C&W abs on my Bosu. That was an experience. It was tough. I've got a long way to go before I get that down. There's a lot of center of gravity changes, that you don't feel so much when you're on the floor. I really feel it today, particularly in my upper abs.

This morning I did the 1st half of Christi Taylor's Still Jumpin. I'm not sure what, if any, rotation I'm working for right now. I have to think about it.

CinDee and Brenda, thank you for your well wishes over the weekend. I think it may just take getting through the worst of the tree pollen before I really feel better.

ShyWolf, I just really noticed your tag line today--"Because nice mMatters". I like that. I think more people could stand to realize it.

Joy, I hope you're doing well, and that whatever was bothering you has worked itself out.

Tracy, I hope things are going are going well with planning your move.

Judy, Kim, Pinky, Sabine, (I hope that's everyone), I hope you all are having a good day. Sabine, I guess you are, since you're on spring break.

Good afternoon everyone-
Not sure what I'm going to do today... yesterday was a day off so I may join you CinDee and do PUB today or I may do SuperSets. I'm going to try to get up early tomorrow a.m. to get my HIIT finished before everyone wakes up.

Hope everyone is having a good day- school is back in session so I need to go pick everyone up!

Wow CinDee your week looks tough! That is really 6 cardios! ouch! Your combination of lower-upper-cardio-lower-upper-cardio looks good. (I am keeping my workkouts to 5 per week currently.)

Today was the KPC/L&G premix of combos 1,2,3 & abs and ankle weight work of L&G. Guess what? Ther is NO ab work in this premix! So I did planks holding for a minute and then SB pike/tuck combinations aletrnating for a total of 24 reps~ short but effective. Later I played tennis.

Hi everyone,

It's late on Monday night as I check in. I'm having a wonderful visit with my family. On Saturday night we went for a fabulous dinner where I indulged in some amazing food and great wine. Other than that, it's been about good family time together. I head back home in a couple of days and am looking forward to a couple of more days with my parents.

I've been good about keeping up with the workouts. Here's been my schedule for the past few days.
Friday-Slow and Heavy Chest and Back
Saturday-Firm Maximum Cardio Burn + abs
Sunday-Tamilee Webb Total Body Stretch for Beginners
Monday-StepMax

There have also been quite a few walks on the bluffs and trails around the house. It's been really nice to get away!

Anyway, just wanted to say hello and hope everyone is doing well.
