Thanks Cathe for all of your great workouts! I have almost all of your VHS/DVDs. I started out with you with your step tapes 10 years ago. I can proudly say that you have made wearing a bikini a very pleasant experience for the soon to be 40 year old mother of two. It is really flattering to have the high school age girls come to me at the pool and say "Wow you look great, how do you do it?" "Tell my mom because she is dying to know what you do to look so good". Thanks again! I will be a customer forever!:)

Hi Amazondotmom! High five's to you! You sound happy and very fit. The "soon to be 40 year old mother of two" is what we have in common.....but as far as wearing a bikini yet this season, I'll have to get back to you on ;-)! Congratulations on you hard earned health and fitness. Keep up the great work!

As a 41 year old mom of three, I can't say I am brave enough to wear a bikini anymore even though (thanks to Cathe's workouts) I look better than many younger women. I have graduated to the "tankini" instead. By the way, when is your birthday, Cathe? I know you turn 40 sometime this summer. We all want to be able to welcome you into the 40+ club!!

I love the Tankini's! That is one of the best invention's of the modern world! All the benefits of a full-body swimsuit with the convienence to only take part of it off to go to the bathroom! Bikini's are okay if you're just laying around the beach/pool to tan but I am too active to wear one and be constantly tugging at the top and bottom to get them back into place after diving and swimming. Nothing more embarassing than diving into a pool and your bikini bottoms end up around your ankles...or worse come all the way off and now you're bottomless in the pool with everyone seeing your naked arse as you swim to the bottom to fetch your drawers!

Tankini's Rule!!

Another vote fot the tankini. I had the opposite problem, when I dive in to the pool, it's the top that I lose, not the bottoms. :+

My solution to the bathing suit problem is to wear boy short style bottoms and a bikini or Tyr-style (sports bra shaped) top. This is because my belly is fine, it's my butt that I need to cover or strap down. I can also go to the bathroom without dealing with the one-piece and I don't have to worry so much about the bikini waxing/shaving issues.

OK, technically... I need to strap mine up too. But that sounds like I have to get it to start a business, or get a job. Or maybe I need to beat some sense into it.

OK, it's like this. A handful of jiggly cellulite on each side, below the glute muscle and most definitely not something I want hanging out of my bathing suit!

I know why 'We' may not be wearing a bikini this season, but why isn't Cathe wearing a bikini this season? :) Inquiring minds want to know. LOL

Wanda!

Are you thinking what I'm thinking???? ;-) Not that I want to start any rumors! :7

Just because we don't look like the bikini models in Sports Illustrated doesn't mean we cannot wear a bikini! The models themselves don't look like THAT!

I have been wearing a bikini since I gave birth to my two children. Before that I only wore a one piece thing. I am 36 years old and I am in good shape but you cannot compare my body with what is touched up in a magazine or that of a Junior College Girl Swim Team Member.

I always make sure that the bikini FITS - nothing is oozing out and that I can move in it without loosing anything (I like to be active on the beach).

I look at it that way: I don't care what YOU are wearing so why should I be concerned what YOU MIGHT BE THINKING ABOUT ME?

Life is too short to really care about what STRANGERS think of you.
