Well I'd figure I start today's post since I've not seen it yet.
Just completed Push Pull along with Legs & glutes did them as is 'cept I skipped the warm up to L&G.
It was about 90 minutes long but it went by very quickly. Have noticed that I may need to up my protein intake a bit as I think for the past 2 days I've smelled a very faint ammonia smell in my sweat ...ewww sorry to get gross.
I'm eating 2 soft boiled eggs at the moment and I'm thinking if I should take some motrin as a preventative before I get a major hurt in my legs today.
