Bike Ride Plus What???

If I go for a ten mile bike ride today after work, what Cathe workout would you suggest I accompany the bike ride with? I'm so clueless.

Maybe upper body? Lower? More cardio?

Hi Allison,

What has your schedule been this week? Ten miles, how long will that take? That would be a heck of a workout by itself!:) Otherwise I'd suggest stretching or upper body as your lower body may be a bit tired.

Thanks, guys! The bike ride shouldn't take me more than 45 minutes or so. I just did PUB on Thursday and don't really want to do it again just yet. I get bored so fast!!! Maybe I'll try a new UB workout tonight. Thanks again!
