Suzy looked beautiful. She has a model-worthy face. And losing the glasses was a huge move. She has wonderful eyes. To top it off, she didn't really cry last night!!!!!! I am so happy for her.

If I had been Matt I would have been pretty upset with the challenge. There should have been some 2nd prize or something for that. He was amazing. I wear a backpack all the time and the most I have seen anyone carry is about 80lbs. To have that on your back and climb straight up must have been BRUTAL. Good for all of them.

Seth is looking awesome as well. The last scene where they said goodbye to Jillian and Bob got me crying. Jillian was so sweet to them and they really like her.

It seems like this season it is more about relationships and change than some of the cutthroat stuff from last year. No one has ganged up for formed alliances and that was really nice. I really enjoyed it last night.

Hi Melissa,

I enjoyed last nights show.I thought I was going to miss it b/c there was a big wig hanging around at work last night but around 9:30, I went in and turned my show on anyway.He ended up watching it with me.
Its amazing the progress that they have made.The men look great and the women have waistlines.
At the end of the show when they were saying "bring it on" for next week, they have definitly lost more weight.
I wonder about the guy that got kicked off ages ago that was really mean to Jillian.Anyone remember his name? On the before and after pic's he didn't lose any weight so I wonder....will he come to the finale looking like that????
I hope suzy or seth wins, like I said before I am not a lover of matt.
I wish there was another episode after christmas:-(

i thought it was messed up matt kicked butt on the challenge but nothing. but it was good expierence b/c now they know they don't want to gain that weight back. also facing themselves was an eye opener too. that's all some of us would need to never go back to the old ways again.

i was made that they told you to go online to see the transformation of andrea but nobody could get on. nbc's site still isnt' working for me. oh well it will be good to see them all again next week for live finale. can't wait to see how they are all doing and hopefully nick has made some changes, for his own health. hubby is rooting for matt but now i with all whose left i am not sure who i would root for b/c they obviously they all busted butt to get to this level so they are all equally strong in my eyes. even the eliminated ones are strong.

I looked up that guy too - I think that it was Nick. It does look like he didn't lose any more weight. He did say have negative comments about his experience as well. Should be interesting to see the finale!
 
I think Matt will win it all, much as I hate to say it. He seems to given to extremes that I really don't hold out a lot of hope for him to keep the weight off.

That was very interesting to see them react to the cut-outs of their former fat selfs! I can't wait till next week! Sure will be interesting! I agree that Suzy looks smashing!

I noticed that when they all looked at the cut-outs of themselves each one of them said "I didn't know I looked that bad". It shows that people that are overweight really don't see themselves as being overweight.

I think alot of people who are overweight are in denial about how bad they actually look.And I think the same can go for thinner people, some people don't realize how small they are either.
I had trouble getting on to nbc's site to but I think thats b/c everyone was checking it out.I got on early today though and Andrea does look good.I think she as 20 more lbs she wants to lose.

Wow. Suzy's looking awesome! Whether she wins or not, she is in great shape. For that matter, the 3 of them look fabulous. I don't think any of them will have trouble in their own lives living as their newer healthier, selves.

Something about Matt still really resonates with me. Yeah he has moody spells and can get kind of grumpy but his sheer will to emerge on top and his look on life is refreshing. I see him "taking the cake", no pun intended ;)

In my eyes, these 3 are true winners.

I was able to get on the site last night -but it was slow for sure. Andrea did look good. They all look amazing.

I can't wait to see how they look after all these months. I bet Susie looks amazing. I am really glad she made it too the finals. Seth looks great too! They all do!

The second place prize will be very interesting. So many of them look just amazing! That will be a tougher one this season I bet.

Can't wait to see the finals!
