Hey everyone:
Three weeks until we go on our family vacation to Mexico.:7 :+ ;-) I cannot wait, BUT need to give the last few weeks a HUGE push for toning and weight loss. I've done pretty good especially since it is
the holiday season with my eating and workouts. Any tips on getting the best results that you've found work for my last three week push before swimsuit time???
I was thinking about doing two workouts a day whenever possible (i.e. cardio in the a.m. and weights in the p.m.). Also, running again - that seemed to slim me down too.
Any other items or rotations that I could do for the last push.
