Big prayers for our Cathletes in Tornados

Hi all,

I just wanted to sent huge prayers to anybody, Cathlete or not, who has been in the path of these terrifying tornadoes!! I hope all you and your families/relatives are not part of the casualty list.

Thanks Pam...thankfully, we avoided any problems but were on the lookout. Same with my son in Nashville and my niece in Kentucky! It was a looong day! All is well! Thank you!

Definitely. I cannot imagine what it would be like to endure such a horrific event. I do pray for them, and I thank God every day for all my blessings! I was just thinking - every day I can wake up with my family and work out is a beautiful day!
