big boo-boo (S+H) ...

Hi all,
Just a word on S+H. I split the segments up of one of the series (legs and shoulders) so that it was more convenient for me, time wise. All I have to say is, I'll never again do S+H shoulders the day after S+H tris and bis. Big mistake. My triceps are sorer than I can ever remember them being. I guess they *really* assist in shoulder work!

I agree Cathe. I did that once also. Never again. Now I always put a day of cardio between those and stretch, stretch, stretch! Hope the pain goes away!

Time is the great healer (besides stretching), right?
I'm *still* looking forward to a week including PH and
CM after my last two weeks with S+H.

I can really relate. There is something about these tapes that make me sore days after I do them. But I do LOVE them :)!
