biceps

Hey Cathe! I have a question re: my biceps. My right bicep is more defined and solid than my left whether at rest or having just completed a bicep workout. I can lift the same on both arms, but my left fatigues a few reps before my right. They look about the same, I think, but when flexed my left arm just looks fat and I can't sustain the flex as long on my left. The odd thing is is that I'm left-handed, yet my right is stronger. It's not a huge difference, but enough to make me wonder. Your advice would be great.

I pray all is well with you, your family, and your liite-one-to-come!

Hi CinDee! No two sides of our bodies are identical. I have the exact same dilemma you just mentioned but with my calves instead of my biceps. Outside of lifting a little extra for your left side, there is not much else you can do. Thanks for your well wishes, take care:)!

I'm finally reading this! Thanks for replying and for the encouragement. I've been trying to carry the heavier bag of groceries, organizing my free weights, etc. with my left arm and perhaps that will even things out a bit.

Thanks also for such great workouts. I know I wouldn't be anywhere near the shpae I'm in if it weren't for such advanced workouts I can do at home (going to a gym just doesn't work for me!). I turned on my friend at church to your workouts (another mommy working out at home) and now she's Cathe-exclusive, too! It's fun to have a friend who can relate to why I work out and to my elation after finishing IMax without any modifications!

Blessings to you,
CinDee
