Good Morning!!
Up bright and early this morning and got my HIIT out of the way. I am really considering starting, Couch-to-5K Running Plan - Has anyone done this? I really feel at times that I am pushing too hard (which I know I need to do), but I don't want to flare my knee up again! I don't want to do too much too soon, ya know?
Planned on hitting Power (Heated) Yoga this morning right after the gym, but of course I forgot all my money/credit card at home! It's a 1 1/2 class (drove all the way there too

), I think it would be great to stretch out this "old" body this week, I'm sore!

They have another class tonight later, but I will probably decide to go tomorrow morning. I also have Yoga DVD's here at home that I can always pop in, but I would rather go to a "live" class.

Heidi~ I could sleep and sleep on the weekends if my kids would let me. For some reason or another I was up bright and early @ 7am. Enjoy your day! Talk about laudry, I have 3-loads on my bed to fold .. x(

I dying to have my donut and coffee (w/ extra cream)..YUM! Do you ever watch TV, right before you Free day and everything that comes on is...Oh man, maybe I will have that? Last night it was Mac & Cheese & grilled cheese sandwish :9
