Hi everybody!

Sherry-smoothies with peanut butter! I shall check that out! ;-)

OK...super fast post. Workout is done....I warmed up with the push ups from Gym Style Chest and then did PUB. I'm FRIED! With a capital F! lol

I'm getting up just a little bit later each day, so I must stop that. That means I'm rushing around just a bit more to get us out the door. So tomorrow's goal is to be in the basement NO LATER THAN 5:40am.

Off to dry my hair and make us breakfast.

Sherry - I have the Abs Diet book somewhere! I’ll have to page through it again. I do remember he had some great smoothies in there. ;)

Gayle – Great workout! I hear you on the getting up later, I keep hitting the alarm and laying back down. Bad idea!

This morning I had to take the car into the shop and make it to work in time for an early meeting. I only had 45 minutes so I pulled out PUB (looks like lots of us are using it as a “go to” workout). ;) I warmed up with the med ball abs from Core Blast, too.

I am still waiting to head off to work. My DS is getting ready to go over to his friends house. I am also waiting for a customers PO so I can finish up setting up the account for them. Most of my work is computer related and time consuming.

Well...make it a good one!

Oh..on another note. I tried out a simple and delicious recipe from Allrecipes.com. Seeing as I have Zucchini growing pretty rapidily I found a recipe for them.

Zucchini Parmesan by Mary Jo. It is really easy to make!!! I used mushrooms in mine and added sea salt & fresh ground pepper before putting on the last layer of cheeses. You can add meat if you like it was just great without it. :9

2lrg Zucchini (I had one large and added 3sm store bought I didn't have enough from the garden yet ;)
2TBl olive oil to saute the mushrooms 1pkg baby bella,1 lrg onion chopped and 3 cloves of garlic minced
1 jar Bertolli Tom & Basil
1C shredded mozzarella cheese (more to your liking)
Added grated Parm because this recipe didn't call for it

Steam Zucchini until fork tender
Meanwhile: saute onion and garlic until lightly browned and add mushrooms to cook for about 1-2 min. Add in half the Zucchini to this and saute just to mix.

In a 13 X 9 X 2 inch baking pan (sprayed with Pam) spread about 2-3 tablespoons of the sauce place other half of the cooked Zucchini over this. layer with mozzarella, Sauce and rest of the veggies. Salt and Pepper and add more mozzarella. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan.

Bake at 375 until cheese is browned. ENJOY!

Good Afternoon,

Today I did Hi/Lo from SJP, cardio from HSTA and then GS pushups. I'm feeling whipped. I'm trying to build up cardio endurance for next week.

Heidi - Your zucchini recipe sounds yummy.

Belinda - Glad your dishwasher is working. I'm doing Legs and Glutes on Friday. Burn, baby, burn!!

Kathy - I love doing PUB. It seems to go by so fast. 8 more days!

Gayle - For some reason I always think of you as I do GS pushups. Maybe b/c I do them on the step sometimes.

I am so glad when my DH is coming on Saturday! I need a break from my moving/housebreaking stress!On Monday+Tuesday my furniture will get packed and shipped to Germany! I will not be around much next week!}}(
