Liann – Your door is so nice! I really like the window. Oh, and guess what….I have that exact same door mat!
I took a nice 1.5 mile walk during lunch and loosened up a bit. I’m already getting restless and it’s only been a couple of days! I think I’m going to give my new Kelly Coffey-Meyers “30 Minutes to Fitness” DVD a try tomorrow and do the shoulders/biceps/triceps section and follow that up with iTri Reverse training – bike/elliptical/treadmill (but taking the intensity down a notch).
See how sick is that? I’m already anxious to start working out again, lol!
