Heidi-glad you liked the ‘reverse’ PLB. Both sections are killer, and I can never figure out which segment in that workout gives my hammies such awesome DOMS! Sometimes I think it’s the deadlifts, then other times I think it’s those roll-ins on the ball! And you’ll LOVE the iTread 26. It ISSSS FUN!
Melissa-I was actually thinking of YOU last night while trying to decide if I wanted that cheeseburger! LOL Notice I said, “thinking of you”….not “blaming you”. LOL
I forgot to tell you guys that I made the EFL Turkey Meatloaf on Sunday and it was a HIT with everybody! My older DS actually had 2 nice-sized slices and my friend and her DH LOVED it! We're having the leftovers for dinner tonight!
Speaking of food, here's my menu for today, for accountability reasons:
M1: Myoplex Lite Shake
M2: 3 egg quiches, 1 slice w/w toast
M3: 4 small protein pancakes
M4: (planned) Pouch of tuna on tossed greens, 5 baked lo carb tortillsa
M5: (planned) Turkey Meatloaf, steamed carrots
M6: (planned) Apple and 2 (ONLY 2) string cheese
One of my newest goals for this week is to be done with my meals by 8:30pm. Nighttime is when I find the pantry calling my name and considering what happened yesterday, I don't want to fall into the 'all or nothing' mentality for this week.
