Good morning. The humidity is kicking in again today for several days, so I broke down and put on the a/c last night. Not like we'll be feeling it or anything...I mean, we're never in the house! LOL

OK...this morning's workout DONE! iTread 32, 40 minutes Flat and Fast. I logged 4 miles, then did Core Max 1. DOMS in the upper body from yesterday!

After class this morning, the kids and I are headed to the water park for the rest of the day and night. We'll be back late, so I won't be back online today.

Today is cardio...thirty minute dog walk then a thirty minute run interval.

Gayle-waterpark sounds fun. Great workout this morning and high fives on your DOMS,im sporting some doms as well:D

Belinda-ugh,hate doing abbs. Sometimes i will do them first to get them out of the way.

WERE GETTING A CHIUAUA TODAY !! about two months ago a guy at DH'es work asked if he wanted a puppy. There ready now so i will pick him up at 4:30 today....THE KIDS HAVE NO IDEA}(}(.

I need some chiuaua names...weve thought of Amigo, Chico.....
 
Carolyn-how was LIC? your knees give you any trouble?

Amelia-how about "Gayle" for the new pup? LOL I'm kidding of course! WHAT A GREAT IDEA! I hope the kids are surprised!

I decided not to hit the waterpark. The kids would rather stay around the 'hood and swim with their friends. I've learned that if you make them do somethign they don't really want to do, then I'm the one who pays the price! LOL So instead we're going up the block to swim!

Great job everyone on their workouts!

Carolyn: How did you do with your knees today? My legs have been aching something awful. Not sure if it is just from TOM thing or I had better start taking some supplements.

Do any of you take extra Calcium or joint care products?

I did get in my run today. iTread #2 40min 3.5mi.

Loads of work today so I am a little late checking in. :)

Hey all!

I’ve been kind gone lately. DH and I are in a serious funk, and the stress of it all is exhausting me. Feels like it takes so much just to go to work and keep the basics functioning, that waking up early to exercise just isn’t happening. Neither is getting computer time to at least chat with you all. At least I’ve been keeping my eating fairly clean. I do feel proud that I’ve found the strength to stay focused there. In the past I would have binged.


Gayle – I love your up mood! Staying home in the hood is the absolute best on some days.

Belinda – Great workout, and glad things are coming together on the house and the big move.

Amelia – A new puppy is so much fun. We’ve named our pets after Shakespeare characters, so don’t think I can help that much. The kids will defeintly love it!

Carolyn – Glad you are hanging in there are joining when you can. How did the workout go?

Heidi – Nice run. I don’t take calcium, but do take fish oil, not that that helps with the joints.


I’ll check in when I can. Thanks for always being there.
