Carolyn-what I like about the Myoplex Lite is that it is a Meal Replacement shake....NOT just a protein shake. BFL really promotes equal portions of carbs to protein, so when you use a protein shake instead of a meal replacement shake, you should add a carb to it.
Here's the recipe for the Turkey Black Bean Chili:
Turkey and Black Bean Chili
1 ½ lbs ground turkey

1 T chili powder
1/8 tsp ground red or black pepper
½ C low fat sour cream (optional)
· Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; coat pan with cooking spray. Add turkey, onion and pepper. Cook until turkey is browned, stirring to crumble. Drain.
· In a 4-quart slow cooker, combine turkey mixture, tomato sauce, tomatoes, black beans, chili powder and pepper. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.

Belinsa-GREAT JOB on S&H. DOMS are starting in a bit right now!
Headed out to dinner...taking the boys to the pizza place, where I'll get my usual turkey and cheese salad (no dressing, no croutons) and a TINY slice of a roll.
Tomorrow I'm going to make a new recipe: White Bean Chili. I'll let you know how it is!
AND...I figured out my long run/weekend workouts! I asked a friend to watch my kids for an hour on Sunday morning so I can run my 7 miles. I'll walk them to her house, do my 7, then walk them back home. Convenient. That means I'm doing either Cardio Kicks or Kick Max tomorrow. I'm leaning toward KM because I want that interval section, but OH HOW I LOVE CARDIO KICKS! LOL
Be back tonight, maybe! SO is coming over with his kids!

p.s. Tomorrow morning, DMIL is taking me and the boys out for VDay Breakfast. The kids want to go to the town diner, so I'm planning on getting egg beaters and dry wheat toast. THAT'S IT!!!!!!!!!! I WILL NOT SPLURGE TILL FREE DAY SUNDAY!
