BFL, TGIF!

Good morning, ladies!

Happy Friday! We're closing out another week this weekend! Let's rock it right to the end of Sunday night! What are your plans for the weekend? When is your Free Day???

My spin class last night was so FUN, but HARD! lol It was AWESOME and so glad I signed up! I'm a bit sore is some 'private' areas, (sorry if it's TMI, lol) from that darn little bitty seat! lol But it will pass.

This morning was lower body. BULGARIAN SQUATS! I was reading about them at the Tracker so I added them to this morning's workout. OUCH OUCH OUCH! Basically, it's a one-legged squat with your back leg up high on a step or bench. I used 10s/15s/20s/25s and OUCH! I'm feeling it in my hams and glutes ALREADY! I'll be waddling at work!

I have to hit and run. I'm heading into school early; my younger DS's class is baking in the cafeteria and I'm helping out! I'll check back later after school!

Good morning!! Wow, almost a whole week of being on plan and it feels GOOD!! Hey, gotta start somewhere :)

I'm going to a dog conformation show with our Dobe puppy this weekend but just heard it's supposed to be raining hard and it's outside...wah!!! I'm supposed to go to a BBQ on Sunday but am close to backing out. I'm just not in the social mood at the moment.

I got up and did my 20 HIIT this morning. I accidently set my Tivo up to only keep 5 cardio blast workouts so my Step Blast got deleted. Intense Moves is a better BFL workout tho, so I'm good to go.

Gayle: OW those sound good, but PAINFUL the next day!!! Ohhh sounds like the spin class was a wee bit painful :( Hope you are feeling better soon!!

Gayle~ Sounds like you had a awesome Spin Class! I have always wanted to try it, but I will have to wait until my endurance level increases again.

Bulgarian squats are awesome! They have these in BBC Legs DVD.. You feel them good the next day.
Had major DOMS last night, I guess they caught up w/ me. Every time I moved around last night, I woke up b/c the DOMS were so bad in my Legs...In a good way of course

I can't believe I finished W1 (well almost) without cheating. I feel great! You guys are 1/2 way through, right?
Sunday is my Free Day, I promised myself not to over-do it...as 1-day could easily turn into a entire week thing. It helps that my BF works all weekend, b/c he is known to cook up pasta non-stop, can't resist that!

Tonight is Shoulders/Back/BBC DVD.. I heard this was a tough one. What are your reviews on this? I think next week I will start using the Pyramids and then alternate week from week.

I don't know if it's possible, but I am seeing slow results here and their, def. less bloated! I only lost 2.5 pds this week ( I know don't look at the scale ).. LOL

I'm checking in before my children get home from school and I won't even remember to get back on here. The workout is in and my legs feel good.Now I am ready to hit the shower.It is a date night here and I can't wait to get some alone time with my DH.

You are so good for getting your workouts in and over.I will talk to y'all later.
