Stephanie - love the pic of the squirrel! When I was younger (alot younger

), we used to feed a squirrel pb sandwiches. He used to come right up to our front door which was all glass and bang his paw on it to be fed. It was pretty funny!
Michelle - a "fun" week sounds like a great idea. I love Push/Pull too!
Susan - I find that weekends are always harder too. I do much better during the week when I can only eat what I brought with me.
Kathy - do you like Amy Bento's In the Ring workout? I don't have any of her workouts and previewed that one the other day. Still up in the air though on whether or not to get it.
Gayle - I got warm fuzzies just reading your emails. I am feeling the same way today. I spent the weekend with my mom, sister, niece and DD and it was great. Even though we all live within 10 miles of each other, we don't see each other often enough so it was nice to spend a couple of days together.
Okay ladies, my goal for today is NO COFFEE!!! I made it here without stopping for a cup so that's half the battle. I weighed myself this morning...up 2lbs. EEK! Lots of water today and CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN eating.
