Now I have an overwhelming urge to play "half-day hookie" and go buy myself some new workout clothes!!:7

Posting my meals:

M#1: applesauce banana bread & 4 scrambled egg whites
M#2: w/w wrap w/3oz grilled chicken, lettuce & tomato
M#3: banana & 1/4 c walnuts
M#4: w/w wrap w/3oz 93% lean beef, 1T shredded cheddar, lettuce & tomato
M#5: 1/3 whole wheat boboli crust topped with roasted veggies
M#6: protein shake

Melissa - sent you an e-mail, but not sure if it went through. Are you looking for a roomie for the RT? I organized rooms for us gals over at the OAL thread and we're short one roomie. If you need one, let me know! We're staying at the Fairfied and I already have the rooms reserved.
 
Liann - I just replied to your email. I meant to ask you if you are planning on being there for Cathe's Friday morning step class?

Thanks everyone for your kind words and WHOOHOO's about my new job! I am SOOOOOO excited!

Michelle, what time do you rise and WO? What is your routine? This week I got up at 5am, drank a cup of coffee then worked out at 5:30 finishing at 6:30, usually, depending on the WO. It will help me knowing you're doing it with me!

ETA: Melissa, that whole wheat boboli crust topped with roasted veggies looks yummy! How do you prepare it? What kinds of veggies?

Amelia, I've been keeping you in my prayers. I wish you all the best and hope to hear from you soon that DH is on first shift! Hang in there girl!

Belinda, ahhhhh, FINALLY feeling those DOMS! I am soooo happy for you girl! You have a special day coming up...are you planning anything special or will you wait until DH comes to town?
 
OOHHH, a surprise! You have to let us know afterward!

My DH is taking me out for supper tomorrow night, a day early, to the Japanese restaurant. They prepare the food in front of you and do their fancy stuff with the knives and such. Not clean eating, but hey, it's a special day, right? I plan on the filet and a drink...or two!

How is Alesia doing? Better, I hope!
 
Hello,

You all have been really busy today! I will never catch up!

I have been doing housecleaning all day and also laundry. Beds still need to have their sheets put on but I am running out of energy fast.

My DS has his friend over from school and is having a great time. DH and DD are napping from a hectic days at school and work.

Dinner is cooked and waiting for those who are hungry. Stir-fry beef and veggies with brown rice. (I am too tired to eat right now myself!)

Congratulations to all that made the RT for August!!! I am sure as the time grows neared you'll be soooo excited you can't sit still. :7

Stephanie: What great news for you! Congratulations on your new job!

Hello to all and glad that you had great workouts.

Melissa: My new barbell came in and fits perfectly! Just waiting for the clips to arrive so that I can use it safely.

Hi Kathy: Looks like rain...darn! Hopefully it won't be too bad for your race. I enjoy running in light rain but 26.2miles might be a bit too much of a good thing.
I will be cheering you on from here in MA! GO KATHY GO!
A thought...Do you have someone meeting you halfway through with dry socks and shoes to keep going?
