BFL for Women

This is the hot topic this week! I posted about it this morning and then realized that omeone else had already oposted earlier last week. So far, nobody has fessed up to reading it but I "hear" from reading on other sites and a psot here that most people say the original is better. I saw the interview this morning and it appealed to me. I went to Barnes and Noble today and paged through this, the original and the Eating for Life. I ended up buying the Eating for Life instead.
 
I have them both but have not read the BFL for Women yet. I just bought it the other day. Trying to finish a book I am already reading first.
 
have you checked out www.bodyforlife.com ? I did this morning and I think that I am returning the book that I bought. Their site has everything and it appears to be free (bonus!). It even has the exercises, etc. That is weird...why buy the books then? I am sure they give you more details, etc., but I think that I am going to check out the website throughouly before buying the books.
