Good morning ladies,

Oh boy, my legs are still sore:D Today I will do PS legs:eek: I so tired, I didn't sleep well last night.

I will be back to report my workout and personals!
 
Hey Belinda!!! Enjoy the DOMS! :)

I did Rythmic Step this morning (I can NEVER spell that word right! LOL). My go-to workout.

Didn't have time for abs.....wanted to give my older DS his BDay presents this morning. That took top priority!

Hello and Good Morning to you all,

Well my schedule is set for the next months workouts. With a little change here and there to fit with the BFL workout schedule.

Today is Cardio: Basic Step and a run
Thurs: Power Hour
Fri: C&W
Sat: Total Body Sculpting (Maybe tack on LIS or save for Sunday or Tues next week. Need a rest day along the way ;) )

Belinda: I guess we both had a bad nights rest. If you are too tired it is ok to take a rest day if needed. You don't want to end up crushed under your barbell! I am on my second cup of coffee and trying to get moving. I think once I start I will be fine....maybe you too. ;)

Gayle: How was Rhythmic Step? Is it really confusing foot work? This is on my schedule for the 8th in replacement of a DVD I don't own...Step Heat.
Happy Birthday to your son! You can always add an ab workout later. ;)

Sherry: Nice job with your upper workout. I have been eyeing up my Firm workouts as well. ;) I am doing the 12 week rotation from Fitness Freak to get back into the swing of things. I have fallen way off track lately and I guess I just needed a break. So far I am enjoying this easier pace. Even with this I have DOMS!
Speaking of which...how are you doing today? :)

Late post - no workout today. I'm heading to bed soon. I had a meeting after work to discuss possible job opportunities. We talked for quite awhile, so hope it goes somewhere.

Belinda - Sorry you aren't sleeping well. How are the legs after today's workout?

Gayle - How's the birthday boy? Did you have cake with breakfast? (that's our family tradition) Great job getting in the workout beforehand.

Heidi - DOMS aren't bad, but the muscles can tell they were worked. I've been right with you way off track. Glad we're both getting back on.

Hope Kathy, Amelia, Steph, Michelle and Melissa are all doing well.
