Well my schedule is set for the next months workouts. With a little change here and there to fit with the BFL workout schedule.
Today is Cardio: Basic Step and a run
Thurs: Power Hour
Fri: C&W
Sat: Total Body Sculpting (Maybe tack on LIS or save for Sunday or Tues next week. Need a rest day along the way

)
Belinda: I guess we both had a bad nights rest. If you are too tired it is ok to take a rest day if needed. You don't want to end up crushed under your barbell! I am on my second cup of coffee and trying to get moving. I think once I start I will be fine....maybe you too.
Gayle: How was Rhythmic Step? Is it really confusing foot work? This is on my schedule for the 8th in replacement of a DVD I don't own...Step Heat.
Happy Birthday to your son! You can always add an ab workout later.
Sherry: Nice job with your upper workout. I have been eyeing up my Firm workouts as well.

I am doing the 12 week rotation from Fitness Freak to get back into the swing of things. I have fallen way off track lately and I guess I just needed a break. So far I am enjoying this easier pace. Even with this I have DOMS!
Speaking of which...how are you doing today?
