Carolyn - Thanks! I am glad to hear that you are back on track. I think we've all fallen off the wagon a couple of times in this 12 weeks, but we all seem to get back on track and that is what is important! I tried to get DD, who is 8, to learn step and it's not working out. For Christmas we got her the pink step and it came with Basic Step and she tried in a couple of times. Not interested in it yet, though! That's okay.
Belinda - I love KPC abs. Still can't do a good looking pike on the ball, but I'm working on it.
Sherry - Sometimes a week off is exactly what you need. Give yourself a break and come back STRONG!!
Stephanie - I'm toasting right along with you and Heidi!
Heidi - I made the applesauce banana bread from Tosca's cookbook last night. I don't think I cooked it long enough though. I probably could have left it in the oven for 10 more minutes. I toasted a slice this morning and put some butter spray on it while it was still warm. OMG, it's soooo good!:9 I cut it into 12 slices then realized a serving is 1/10th, not 1/12th. I could have made bigger slices...darn it!
Kathy - I'll have some of that lemonade!
Amelia - I love chest DOMS! Not crazy about working chest, but I like the DOMS...that's kind of strange, isn't it?
Gayle - your words always PUMP ME UP!!! You are so inspiring, thank you! So what movie are you going to see today? DD wants to see Whorton Hears a Who this weekend. We are all looking forward to it!
