That makes sense to me...;-) I run to get rid of a headache and it is good for my lungs and heart. Walking is great for working those leg & Glute muscles which make them really defined. I just feel that there is really a big difference which muscles get used whether running or walking as fast as you can go. Don't forget those hills!
Speaking of headaches...how are you feeling now? I hope that it has eased up for you.
