Sherry, how did PUB go? I did it yesterday..fun fun! Congrats on your meals! What kind of shakes do you use? I just ordered Myoplex Original (didn't see the lite!). I have to order online because we don't have a place that sells it around here. We live 45 minutes from the nearest city.

Gayle, the burger and fries sound yummy! I will treat myself to one maybe the end of next week for my free day! I used the 4DS weight work the whole month of November and really enjoyed it but IMO it wasn't long or tough enough. We were done and I was left saying "is that it?" If you were short on time it's a good workout though.
Michelle, I can relate to the DOMS as I did PUB yesterday as well. I am going to have to try itread circuit ski 27. I get confused too with the whole thing.

I did Maximun Intensity Cardio Hi/Lo and had to stop twice! Has anyone done this w/o and completed it without stopping? If so, you are my hero! I plan on taking tomorrow off and that will complete my 1st week! The scale is the same but I'm not upset. I have worked very hard this week at eating and pushing myself with my workouts so I know I am getting healthier. I have been very tired this week though. Around 6pm I am ready for bed. I end up staying up until 8:45-9pm. Could this be from the change I am putting my body through? I have plenty of energy during the day...
Not much planned for me this weekend. Housework today then Sunday school and church tomorrow. My MIL makes lunch each Sunday. She grew up on fat back and frying everything! YUCK! Some of her food is good but mostly greasy. For instance, she puts 1/2 cup of butter in the corn and boils the heck out of it. Then she stands in the kitchen as you are fixing your plate and makes sure you get enough to eat! "Is That ALL you're having?" I don't want Sunday to be my free day either.

Not sure yet how I will tackle this issue tomorrow. I certainly don't want to upset her!
