Wow! It's almost 8:00 am and no one has started a post yet?
I'm back from my trip. Don't remember if I told you all I was leaving!
I got an EXTREMELY late and screwed up start today so all I can say is that I did my leg workout today.
I did PLB Up only. I was five pounds higher than Cathe's bench marks and I kept thinking wow this is a littel too easy HOWEVER! by the time I actually started coming up the basement steps I was thinking, hmmmm, maybe not too easy after all!
So, looking back at my fitness log for the last year or so, I have identified my major problem. I don't actually workout for more than an average of 3-4 days a week. In some months I average 2-3 a week. That is barely enough to keep me at a reasonable functional fitness level and help with weight control.
So, my main goal for this month will simply be to get in every single workout!!!!!
I wanted to say real quick though, that:
Gayle, you are doing so well and are a real inspiration!!!Keep up the good work.
Jen, that Kohl's job sounds to me like too much unless you were able to ask them to not schedule for more than a certain number of hours a week. 28 hours on top of full time???? That's insane.
One thing I do in my position, because I could literally work 60 plus hours a week and every weekend, I made a commitment to not work more than two weekends a month. Sometimes that is really, really hard but I try my best to stick to it. It saves my sanity and my families too!
Off to work I go...Have a super day everybody!
