Good morning girls,

How is everyone:eek: Yesterday I never got my 2 workout in! :mad: DH and I had a nice relaxed Sunday, we did take the dogs for a walk last night.

My plan for today is to do cardio and UB WO!:eek: Wish my luck! LOL!

Good Morning to you all,

Belinda: I am not getting it done!!! That is my planned workouts! I ended up helping my DH tear out a ceiling in my DD's room to fix some mistakes the building crew made. They forgot the insulation!!! DAH! So now the ceiling will have to reinstalled and plastered and then painted...AGAIN! My neck and shoulders can't handle too much more of this stuff!

I hope that you are able to get in your workout today too! I plan on UB and big time cardio fix! Meet me in the basement and we will do this together! ;)

Back to report my UB workout is complete!

PUB (up only) & abs

Showered and made lunch for DH. Starting to feel the burn only from the workout! ;)

Run is scheduled for tonight. iTread #9 40min

Gayle: How is your new schedule going? :) I am working on mine. I used to do a month in advance and new exactly what to do come a particular day. So I went back to doing this. I have a new DVD book that holds up to 144 DVD's and I have them all in order according to the workouts on my schedule. How's that for motivation! :)

Heidi** I am feeling DOMS in my Triceps already:D I think I went a little to heavy for chest presses, I used 75#:mad: What a great idea a month wo schedule in advance! I should do that! Mmmm, I also like the DVD book idea. :D

Gayle** how did your WO go with Cathe today? I am sure you guys had a blast!:eek:

Just finished my workout. Lauren Brooks Kettlebell DVD. Something really clicked this time. Felt great. I was able to isolate my lats and everything! :cool::eek:
