BFL for for Sun Feb-10-08

Hi Sherry,

I know my schedule has been off lately. But last round I was with Gayle and stuck to this workout plan pretty darn close. I noticed strength gains and weight loss which I am very happy about. I just need to get back to it. It has been difficult with DH home a month and now we have the sheetrock crew coming in. They will be here tomorrow at 7:30 am.

I have checked out the new Cathe Rotation and have mixed in the workouts to fit BFL. So this past week it was SH.

This weeks schedule:

M. PLB, ab hits #10
T. Set 4 40min run
W. PUB, Set 9 60min run
Th.Set 13 30min run
F. GS Legs, coremax 2
S. Set 1 60min.

Sherry – Great job on the clean eating…of course you can make it 43 more days! Wow, your GS’s sold A LOT of cookies! My DH bought 4 boxes of them last week from co-workers…grrrr. Luckily my two big strapping sons ate them, lol. Super, super stats….you’ve made a lot of progress the last two weeks. Yay, you’ve almost met all your goals already too!

Steph – Don’t let the weightloss discourage you, all the changes you’re making are bound to show up soon.

Melissa – You are doing so well, wow almost 10 lbs. already! Have fun at your sis’s birthday party today. Yum, your food sounded good!

Amelia – Awww, sorry you’re feeling overwhelmed with check ins (it’s happened to me before, too). I hope you continue to give us updates on how you’re doing. We’ll miss you.

Tammy – Your meals look very good! My only suggestion might be a little more protein in the first two meals although I see you also add shakes on lifting days so it may be just fine the way it is…. Just keep at it, you’ll see a loss soon.

Heidi – I really like your running/lifting combinations. It keeps the boredom at bay and you kill two birds with one stone, lol. Argh, DH’s can be something else, huh? The iTread 27 Drills is all treadmill. It’s segmented into 5 minutes (steady state/sprints/hills) so it would be a perfect candidate for mixing in with weight work.

Michelle – All your food sounds so good! You’ve done great with the increases in weight work. Oh, and have fun iTrain shopping. I’ve enjoyed 99% of the one’s I’ve downloaded. Remind me to tell you which ones were “dogs”, lol.

Christina – Glad to see you home safely. The museum sounded interesting! Not to worry, you’ll be back on track before you know it. I agree, family time is special and you need to enjoy it.

Gayle – I hope you’re enjoying your day today. You must have had a nice long evening with SO. ;)

Hello to Carolyn and everyone I may have missed.

I’ve been cooking up a storm today, lol. I made white chicken chili, the Thai Chicken (that someone kindly posted in Open Discussion), EFL turkey bacon quiche (crustless), and baked oatmeal. I think I’m set for a few days!
