BFL Checkin 1/24/05

Can't believe it is Monday already. What a weekend with all the snow. Official measure was 12.6 inches of snow. That was at the closest airport to us, about 30-40 minutes away in Lansing. So I shoveled for an hour on Saturday and hubby plowed us out. Winter can go away now, I am ready for spring : )

Anyway, the weekend was not good with eating. I am getting back on track today. This morning I did Kathy Smith Project You Lower body and abs. Wow my hamstrings and inner thighs were on fire.

B - cottage cheese mixed with blueberry yogurt, 1/2 english muffin w/lf cream cheese
S - cheese, lf triscuits
L - artichoke stuffed manicotti (WW recipe) and carrots
S - BFL bar
D - chicken w/ rice and veggie

Good morning all. We had a ton of snow here too and the wind, that was something. This morning while driving to work it was -8. BRRR!!!

My eating wasn't that good either. Fri I had jury duty and we didn't have a choice for lunch. Pizza & chips were ordered for us. Then we went to Wendy's for dinner and Sat was my free day. I really should've used Fri as my free day but darn it I just didn't want to. No wonder I gained 2 lbs!! Also TOM is soon so maybe that is why I gained???? But the good news is that I measured last night and I've lost 5 inches. I"ll measure again in another 2 weeks.

B: ham on 2 pcs whole wheat toast, coffee
S: BFL shake and an orange
L: 3oz roast beef, 1/2 cup wild rice & carrots
S: BFL bar
D: ???
S: ff cottage cheese & ff yogurt

Today is cardio!!!

My weekend was pretty much me eating horribly and reading my BFL book....Today is day 1 of BFL and so far so good.....I started with PUB at 6:00am and I'm looking forward to my journey......

B- WW english muffin w/ 1 egg white, 1 egg & 1 slice alpine lace swiss
S- strawberries, blueberries & low fat String cheese
L- Tofu w/brown rice, spinach & portobello mushrooms
S-BFL bar
D- fish w/ veggies & potato

Good Morning,

Wow you guys got a lot of snow & BRRRRRRRRR I couldn't handle that coldness. I hope you bundle up makes me cold just thinking about how cold it is, LOL.

I am starting week # 4 on BFL - this week I showed a loss of 3.8 pounds so in 3 weeks Ive lost a little over 6 pounds. I am sure I will maintain this week which is fine, I hope I don't gain weight because I need to add more protein, my calories are a little low.

Today was my HIIT, it was hard this morning more so then normal but I am tired.

Here is my food plan:
B- Cream of Wheat & Eggbeaters
S - MRP Shake
L - Salmon, rice and veggie
S - Cottage cheese & Fruit
D - Roast, potato and carrot
S - EFL cookbook snack ??

I better go get ready for the day ahead.

Hello,

I took the weekend off from exercise because I was sooo tired. I ate very cleanly to make-up for it.

6 am ME - love, love, love this workout

B - 1/2 bagel with 1 tsp of lite cream cheese
L - soup
S - BFL bar
D - lemon chicken and veggies
S - protein shake

After a terrible weekend, i'm TRYING to get back on track today. My DB is injured and in a lot of pain and i've been taking care of him all day, so i'm not sure if i will get in a workout today. x(

b - eng muff, egg whites, cheese, V8
l - roasted ed pepper, spinach, lf cheese sandwich, chicken noodle soup
s - steamed vegies
d - mango protein shake
