BFL check in week 10/26

anyway - about your question on strenght training. From what I recall, here's how it works:
week 1
Monday -upper
tues-cardio
wed-lower
thurs-cardio
fri-upper
sat-rest
sunday-cardio.

week 2:
mon-lower
tues-cardio
wed-upper
thurs-cardio
fri-lower
sat-rest
sun-cardio
etc....

I don't follow his workout plan, I do one of Cathe's rotations instead. I do follow his eating plan though - which is a huge part of BFL.
