Morning everyone,

Hope your weekend was nice. I did a bit more eating/cheating than I should have so now I have to get back on track.

B - protein shake from eating for life (chocolate peanut butter)
S - cheese/peanuts
L - chicken soup, mini rice cakes
S - smartzone bar
D - seafood casserole (from trim and terrific cookbook)

Hi. I also had a pretty bad weekend food-wise, but will do better now.

Breakfast: egg bagel sandwhich (on whole wheat bagel)
Snack: orange-banana protein shake
Lunch: oatmeal, red beet egg
Snack: cheese or something
Dinner: hmmm.... maybe fish and veggies?

L - I brought leftovers forgetting that I am going out to lunch today so I have to find something good
S - smartzone bar
D - either taco salad or steak on the grill

I was bad all weekend and am going to work really hard at getting back on track.

B...2 HB egg whites. (one pink and one purple with bunny stickers! lol) 2 slices Lite whole wheat.
S... cottage cheese. Sm. Banana
L... Tuna over salad greens.
S...Yogurt, handful of almonds
D...turkey w/ sweet potato and fresh spinach.
S...smoothie

L - leftovers from Monday, Seafood casserole (from Trim and Terrific) over a few noodles
S - smartzone bar
D - either chicken or steak (probably chicken since Hubby is golfing and he can re-heat when he gets home :) )

Hope everyone is having a great day. I am tired this morning but hanging in there.
