BFL Check in 4/10

I guess we will start a new one everyday.Just as well I guess:)
Well, how would everyone consider their first week? THis is only my fourth day yet.I am thinking about starting clean tomorrow.I hate starting things in the middle of the week.But I am glad I did. Tomorrow I may start of with PUB again or I could just keep going and not take a free day until next saturday.
I have to admit I have had a couple of easter eggs.We also went out for dinner last night and I had a drink,2 wings, and a peice of carrot cake:eek: BUT the scale was still down 1.5 lbs (in four days)I thought that was pretty good.I know its probably water weight, but whatever works:)
Today I am starting clean though.No more sweets, I am stick'in to the book.Just as planned.
I am really enjoying this, this time around.I guess the snow is melting and I know that there is sre shorts that I have to fit into in a few weeks.
Also when we went out last night I just pulled on an outfit and I actually like how I looked in it.MY belly pouch was gone so I had no complaints.I guess that is where the 1.5 lbs came from:) SOmetimes you wonder though,is it mind over matter? I think we start feeling better when we eat better, even if our bodies don't change.
