BFL and HC anyone?

Hi there. Just wondering if there any BFLers still out there? I started a BFL challenge last week. I get my new HC series on Monday and am wondering if any of you have done any ivestigation into what dvds might work best w/BFL?

I am changing up my routine a bit and do this for BLF:

M - GS Back, Shoulders, Bis
T - Imax 3 intervals 1-5
W - GS Legs
TH - Imax 3 intervals 6-10
F - GS Chest, Triceps
S - LowMax (I know this is longer than the 30 minutes but it is a good workout, I was dying last weekend)

This is just something I am going to do to change up a bit from the pyramid workouts and see how it works. I am in week 7 of BFL.

Thanks Rhonda. Your rotation looks good. I think I might try it. The other morning I had UB and did GS Chest plus MM UB minus the chest. Was a killer workout. I am still sore!

I think I am doing lowmax tomorrow! I can't wait!
